Club operations were fragmented across bookings, guests, billing, and member communication.

Staff needed a single place to run the club; members needed a modern app for courts, spa, events, and payments.

We built a three-part platform: a Flutter member app for sports, spa, and event bookings, guest day passes with QR entry, family wallet, billing and offline payment proof, announcements, notifications, and feedback; a Next.js staff admin dashboard for members, calendar, resources, events, announcements, feedback, billing, and revenue with role-based access; and a NestJS backend for OTP/JWT auth, bookings, guests, family accounts, billing, push notifications, realtime updates, and bidirectional sync with Odoo ERP.

Key capabilities include court and amenity booking (badminton, squash, tennis, pickleball, padel, spa/wellness, events), guest management with day-pass QR entry, family accounts and shared wallets, subscriptions and invoices with a One Link offline payment flow, and deep Odoo integration for partners, appointments, subscriptions, and invoices.

A production-ready club platform that modernizes the member experience while keeping ERP as the system of record for memberships and billing.

Operations stay accurate without double entry across app, dashboard, and Odoo.
